CP Baby Back Ribs

CP Baby Back Ribs

1 rack of pork baby back ribs
 1/2 C brown sugar
 1 T garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
6 oz cola (Coke or Dr. Pepper work well)
 BBQ sauce, optional

1. Mix the brown sugar, garlic powder, and pepper. Rub over the ribs.

2. Place ribs in crockpot.

3. Pour in the cola.

4. Cook on low 8-9 hours. For the last hour of cooking, add 1/2 C BBQ sauce, or just hold and serve on the side.

I’ll bake frozen french fries to serve with the ribs and add a quick fruit or veggie salad. Or serve with rice & beans. My husband likes to take the meat off and make kind of a pulled pork sandwich. Great for evenings when everyone is on a different schedule!
