Turkey Breast Cranberry Crock Pot

  • 3 lb. boneless turkey breast, halved
  • 16 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1 Tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 2 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Sweet Turkey Breast Cranberry

  1. Place the Turkey into the pot, breast side down.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, sugar, apple juice, vinegar, garlic, mustard, cinnamon, cloves and allspice.
  3. Evenly pour this over the turkey.
  4. Cover and Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees F.
  5. Remove turkey to a cutting board.
  6. Keep warm with a foil tent, or temporarily place in the microwave.

The Gravy

  1. Strain the cooking juices into a saucepan.
  2. Combine the flour and water and mix until smooth
  3. Gradually stir the flour into strained juices.
  4. Bring this to a boil and cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened, then remove from heat.

Serve the gravy with sliced turkey.

Enchilada Casserole Crock Pot

1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomatoes
•1 small chopped onion
•1 clove minced garlic
•1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
•1/2 tsp. salt
•1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
•1 lb. lean ground beef, browned
•1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
•2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
•9 corn tortillas

To make sauce, whirl tomatoes with onion and garlic in blender. Pour in medium saucepan. Add pepper, salt and tomato paste. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Place 3 tortillas in bottom of slow cooker. Layer on tortillas 1/3 of ground beef, 1/3 tomato sauce and 1/3 Cheddar cheese, then 3 more tortillas. Repeat each layer 2 more times, ending with cheese. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
Serves 4.

Spaghetti and Meatballs Crock Pot

  • 1 bag of frozen meatballs approx. 2 lbs
  • 1 20oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 14oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 10oz can sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 bell pepper chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • prepared spaghetti

Spaghetti and Meatballs

  1. Put everything in the crock pot except spaghetti.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Meatballs can be frozen.
When finished serve over spaghetti

Apple Pie in Crock Pot



  • 8-10 peeled, sliced, and cored apples
  • 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp softened butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup bisquick plus 1 cup bisquick
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp cold butter
Apple Pie in the Pot
This is really more of a cobbler but still has fantastic taste. Cut your apple pieces into what size you wish.
  1. Combine apples and cinnamon.Try to cover them evenly.
  2. Place the apples in a lightly greased crock pot.
  3. Combine milk, softened butter, sugar , eggs, vanilla and the 1/2 cup bisquick.
  4. Evenly pour over the apples in the pot.
  5. Combine the 1 cup bisquick and brown sugar, mix until crumbly and sprinkle over apples.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours,






Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Tenderloin Crock Pot

  • 4-6 lb pork loin (boneless pork loin roast)
  • 1 large garlic clove chopped
  • 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Tenderloin

  1. Mix all ingredients into a glaze in a medium bowl.
  2. You can pierce the tenderloin all over with a fork and place in the pot.
  3. Pour the glaze over it and turn the meat to make sure the entire thing is coated.
  4. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.

When done and the loin is removed, use the juices to make a gravy. Mix well 1/2 tsp cornstarch and 1 tsp water, then add to the juice in while stirring. This will thicken quickly.
