- 4-6 lb pork loin (boneless pork loin roast)
- 1 large garlic clove chopped
- 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Tenderloin
- Mix all ingredients into a glaze in a medium bowl.
- You can pierce the tenderloin all over with a fork and place in the pot.
- Pour the glaze over it and turn the meat to make sure the entire thing is coated.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
When done and the loin is removed, use the juices to make a gravy. Mix well 1/2 tsp cornstarch and 1 tsp water, then add to the juice in while stirring. This will thicken quickly.
