Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Tenderloin Crock Pot

  • 4-6 lb pork loin (boneless pork loin roast)
  • 1 large garlic clove chopped
  • 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Tenderloin

  1. Mix all ingredients into a glaze in a medium bowl.
  2. You can pierce the tenderloin all over with a fork and place in the pot.
  3. Pour the glaze over it and turn the meat to make sure the entire thing is coated.
  4. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.

When done and the loin is removed, use the juices to make a gravy. Mix well 1/2 tsp cornstarch and 1 tsp water, then add to the juice in while stirring. This will thicken quickly.
